I am a proud member of Bowie State University's Computer Science program. I feel that I have some of the bests teachers on this campus. The knowledge I have gained is unbelievable. Our base programming language is C++. We start our majors off with the basics. So you do not need a history in program to be part of the family. After the part class on the basics, then you get to the fun some stuff; making your own data structures. We also teach our majors about system programming with our two part class on UNIX. Can't for get about the discrete structures we u learn the logic part of programming. We also shows our majors how hardware work through the Computer Organization. Then a major will learn how that hardware interact with programming in Our Computer Architecture course. Once you have a nice found foundation, now you are for our Modern Programming Language course, which give a preview of several languages along which the unique types. Yes there is a difference between other language and type, once you begin the course you have a better understanding. We even illustrate how Operating Systems work with a course with that very name. Once you finish soaking up all the knowledge from these course and more, you will be ready for your Senior Seminar and Senior Capstone course, where u do researching and a project showing you have learned what you need to make us proud to say that you are a Bowie State Computer Science Graduate. Trust me; I am not giving the program justice the only way to experience a wonder is to participate. So always feel free to be part of greatest!
